For more than twenty years at Siemens, I specialized in technical education — developing course content and mentoring the technicians and instructors who went on to train others. Teaching complex systems clearly was the job. I've also worked the other side of construction directly: as a licensed builder in Michigan, and later leading the planning, funding, and execution of a 16-lot residential land development here in Colleyville.
I've called North Texas home since the early 1990s — long enough to have watched our building science evolve firsthand, from open attics to sealed ones, tighter building envelopes reshaping HVAC demand, and the growing role ERVs now play in North Texas homes.
